Since their origin, Humans have found thousands and thousands of ways to keep them fit physically, mentally,  emotionally and spiritually. In the current AI world, many of those fitness techniques have been proven to be very effective than others to maintain and improve our wellbeing. Few Examples: Yoga, Meditation, Strengthening exercises, Aerobic exercise and etc.

iFitness: It means Integrating the highly proven fitness techniques and implementing them to achieve Weekly Goals.

Why weekly Goals: From WHO to most of the countries’ Health Authorities have created a guidelines for Physical activities. They are mainly based on Weekly goals though we have to do the workouts everyday. Many fitness activities cannot be done on the same day. So having 7 days would help a person to recover from muscle soreness and also spread out the different fitness activities across those 7 days.

GPS: GPS in the world of Travel, Automobile and Aviation means to navigate from our current location to our desired destination. 

In the field of humans’ health and wellbeing, iFitnessGPS stands to help a person to know their current health and fitness status, fixing realistic fitness goals, and then to help finding the means to achieve those goals.
